Saturday and AM delivery can be arranged by request.
Certain products due to their size and/or weight may be subject to additional delivery costs.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include Spiral Balances for sliding sash windows, cut to size uPVC Door Locks and any bespoke product.
All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
We do not exchange any item unless we have sent you the incorrect item in the post. If this is the case then we will send you out the correct product at no extra cost. You must return the incorrect item within 10 days to receive the correct item.
